Enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, barley malt, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, whole wheat flour, high fructose corn syrup, yeast, wheat bran, contains 2% or less of the following: honey, molasses, soybean oil, salt, dough conditioner (mono & diglycerides, ethoxylated mono & diglycerides, sodium stearoyl lactylate, calcium peroxide), sugar, corn flour, yeast nutrients (monocalcium phosphate, ammonium sulfate, calcium sulfate), calcium propionate (a preservative), soy lecithin.
