Whole wheat flour, water, cracked wheat, sunflower seeds, rye flakes, wheat gluten, sugar, yeast, contains 2% or less of the following: soybean and/ or canola oil, salt, molasses, millet, parboiled brown rice, steel cut oats, barley flakes, triticale, ground flax seed, buckwheat flour, cultured wheat flour, calcium propionate (preservative), dough conditioners (sodium stearoyl lactylate, mono - and diglycerides, ascorbic acid, enzymes), yeast nutrients (monocalcium phosphate, calcium sulfate, ammonium sulfate), organic wheat starch, soy lecithin, vinegar.
